Registration and Account Usage

To post a vacancy or add a CV on the website, registration via email is required.

With one profile, it is possible to post multiple vacancies or CVs, except in the following cases:

• Posting the same vacancy content multiple times

• Publishing non-relevant information that does not correspond to the purpose of the website
   

The administration reserves the right to delete a posting or restrict an account if a violation of the rules is detected.

 

Job Posting

A vacancy must include:

• Company name

• Contact information

• Job description, requirements, and conditions
   

In case of incomplete or misleading information, the administration reserves the right to delete or edit the vacancy.
 

The website administration does not directly participate in the employment relationship between the employer and the candidate and is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided by the employer

• The terms of the employment contract

• Any agreement reached between the candidate and the employer
   

Any employment-related agreement is made directly between the parties.

 

Paid and Free Services

The website allows both free and paid (priority/VIP) vacancy postings.

In the case of paid services, the vacancy will appear in a higher position in search results and will have greater visibility.

Payment can be made via:

• Online card payment

• Bank transfer
  
   

Refund Policy

A refund of the paid amount is possible within no more than 24 hours from the moment of payment, only if:

• Due to a technical issue, you did not receive the corresponding service

A dispute must be submitted in writing. The request will be reviewed within the timeframe determined by the administration.

 

Security

The website www.vakansiebi.ge is protected by a security certificate, and data exchange is carried out through an encrypted HTTPS channel.

Nevertheless, please note that internet communication is not completely secure. The administration does not assume responsibility for unauthorized access by third parties and/or data damage that is not directly caused by a technical malfunction of the website.
